The Sioux Lookout Creative Arts Circle will host a Members Show from February 1 to 29 on the top floor of the new Cultural Centre for Youth and the Arts. Ignace Budget Meeting

Open Roads Public School Kindergarten Open House
February 8th in Dryden

Open Roads Public School in Dryden is holding a Kindergarten Open House on Wednesday, February 8 from 11:00am-12:00pm. Families of children who will begin Kindergarten in August 2012 are welcome to attend. The open house will allow families the opportunity to tour the school, meet the Kindergarten teachers and Early Childhood Educators, as well as the chance to see a demonstration of the different technology being used in classrooms at the school. The 4th annual dart tournament for the Children's Wish Foundation is coming up Saturday, February 11th at the Royal Canadian Legion in Dryden. Registration is from 9-9:45am. Play starts at 10am. This is open to everyone - whether you're a league player, or not. The goal is to raise $5,000 for the Children's Wish Foundation.

There will be a silent auction, and a beach party Valentine's dance from 8pm-1am will follow with music from Buddy MacNewf.
